Film
If you shot the image on 35mm film - please send the 35mm Slide or Negative for scanning. Please post via registered mail to Country Canvas / Bigprints, P O Box 117, Bowral, NSW 2576 or other trusted delivery service, or drop it in yourself to our studio address at the bottom of this page.
If the negatives are in a strip, please do not cut the film into individual frames, please indicate which frame you wish us to scan. We will email you a proof before printing.
Please keep the film in its sleeve and pack with a piece of cardbord on either side or bubble wrap to prevent damage.
Print or Original Artwork
If you have a photo print or arwork - please send the photo or artwork for scanning. Please post via registered mail or other trusted delivery service, or drop it in yourself to our studio address at the bottom of this page.
Artwork should be well packed for delivery, be careful to fully protect the corners of your artwork with extra padding.
Please protect photos you send and pack with a piece of cardbord or bubble wrap on either side to prevent damage.
Digital Files
If you have taken a digital photo, please send us the highest resolution file you have.
Please leave files in RGB, do not convert them to CMYK before sending to us.
We will accept most image file formats, if you have a computer document such as a quark or indesign file, you should create a PDF or even a jpeg at high resolution file, please contact us for a job option file that has the best settings.
Send the file via:
- EMAIL: If the file is under 10Mb please email it to us at studio@bigprints.com.au. If you did not upload your image whilst ordering you can always email the files after you have completed your order and include your order number.
- CD: If you have a large file or many files to send, please burn the files to a CD and post it to us at Country Canvas / Bigprints, P O Box 117, Bowral, NSW 2576 or drop it in yourself to our showroom/studio address at the bottom of this page.
